Elevatus Architecture assisted in the design and development of Kelley Automotive Group’s newest auto mall in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The premises are along Interstate 69 and just west of a large-scale hardware retailer.
Elevatus worked with Kelley Automotive on the northern half of the auto shops consisting of Tom Kelley Cadillac, Buick-GMC, the Corporate Headquarters, and a Body Shop & Detailing facility.
Cadillac’s goal of providing quality service is represented throughout this 17,246 square foot environment by producing a relaxed and customer-focused atmosphere. Investing in employee training will be accommodated through a sales and break room. The showroom presents well for the luxury brand, and every customer who walks through the front entrance is welcomed by the latest and greatest vehicles from Cadillac. A new service drive-through bay will help get customers out of the elements and promptly address their vehicles through the necessary service. New car delivery will be a unique place where potential and new vehicle owners can inspect vehicles indoors and enjoy a more climate-controlled space. Service garages towards the back will ensure that traffic flow is steady but out of the way of daily operations.
The 68,414 square foot Buick-GMC side will serve customers well and maintains a strong culture through its new car delivery bay, sales training space, and new corporate office suite. There is a service department for all vehicular repairs and maintenance. A showroom and sales floor greets guests through the front entrance to increase wayfinding, obtain product information, and pursue purchases.
The 19 body shop bays, 20 detail bays, and 6 paint and prep bays that accompany this project will suit customers well and provide quality service, just as the Kelley Automotive brand has done for years.
