Working collectively with Provenance Hotels ownership and local entrepreneur Barbara Bradley Baekgaard, Elevatus Architecture assisted with several design options for a new boutique-style hotel. This building’s design complements downtown Fort Wayne’s existing skyline and supports its desires for continued growth, building upon its destination style mindset and encouraging substantial investment opportunities.
Features for this five-story space include ground-floor food and beverage spaces, rooftop bar seating and dining, 124 keyed rooms, 2,000 square feet of meeting rooms, and retail spaces. Top it off with an unmatched Fort Wayne Hospitality experience.
