The designers at Elevatus Architecture are extremely sensitive to the issues that come with women, medical, and mental health facilities. In our long experience of designing specialized facilities for correctional settings, we’ve learned that a well-designed facility should offer multiple options for program/therapy activities, abundant natural light, family or comfortable visitation rooms, the use of color and softer materials, and a design that generally focuses on rehabilitation.
