Next level of growth the goal for Elevatus in 2024

There’s a graphic on a wall of a meeting room in the Fort Wayne office of Elevatus that reads “GET WORK” and “DO IT WELL.”

It’s a cyclical statement. When you win a project, and you turn out quality work, you’ll win more projects, and get the opportunity to perform well again and again, and more work will follow, and so on and so on.

That belief (“Believe” is a word commonly used around here) is a good New Year’s Resolution for Elevatus in 2024.

“The resolution – though nothing ‘new’ – is to continue doing the things that we do that meet our clients’ needs and expectations through doing great work,” Elevatus President Cory Miller told us.

What are those things? It goes way beyond just delivering smart or innovative architectural designs for clients.

Elevatus has forged a reputation as ardent client-pleasers, with a team of professionals dead set on making sure they completely understand the client’s needs and then finding creative and economical solutions that’ll help them thrive. We want to design great buildings, but more than that, we want to make sure we’re building great relationships.

It’s about doing the right thing, with honor and integrity. It’s about demanding excellence of ourselves for our clients, with innovation and creativity.

That’s how you get work and do it well, and you can expect more of the same recipe from the firm in 2024.

“It’s about growing,” says CEO Mike Gouloff. “It’s about doing the best we can. It’s about believing in ourselves.

“There’s a brilliant star that we’re aimed at, and that’s so important to the success of all the young people in our office that really want to see this company do it. And we are. You gotta believe.”

Onward and upward. Happy new year!
