Elevatus is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Park Ginder to our team as an Education Specialist. With nearly four decades of experience in public education, Dr. Ginder brings invaluable insight and expertise to our firm.

Dr. Ginder’s 38-year journey in education began in the classroom, and advanced to executive leadership, including transformative roles as a high school principal and most recently as the superintendent of a high-performing school district. He recently retired as Superintendent of Southwest Allen County Schools to serve as Executive Director of Grow Allen, an organization that works to create career pathways for local students.

A seasoned educator, administrator, and difference maker, Dr. Ginder has been at the forefront of educational excellence, driving initiatives that have elevated school performance and fostered an environment conducive to learning and growth. His extensive experience in both classroom settings and executive leadership positions equips him with a unique perspective that will significantly enhance our firm’s approach to education design. In this consultant role, Dr. Ginder will provide crucial insight during the design process that will lead to innovative, inspiring learning environments.
