New Year, Same Focus: Designed To Do More

The start of a new year is a powerful moment—a blank page ready to be written, a fresh canvas waiting for bold strokes of creativity. At Elevatus, we embrace this annual ritual as more than a symbolic turning of the calendar. It’s a time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished, to celebrate how far we’ve come, and to reimagine what lies ahead.

Looking Back: A Year of Challenges and Growth

As we say goodbye to the past year, we pause to honor its challenges and triumphs. Whether it was navigating unexpected hurdles, celebrating milestones, or finding small wins in our everyday efforts, each moment shaped us. At Elevatus, we’ve grown stronger by leaning into these experiences, learning from them, and working together to elevate the impact of our designs.

In 2024, we celebrated plenty of memorable moments. We opened the doors at Fort Wayne Community Schools’ expansion of Levan R. Scott Academy and Chapman’s Brewing Company at Electric Works, and celebrated the completion of both the Whitley County Sheriff’s Office & Detention Center in Columbia City and the Lawrence County Law Enforcement Center in Mt. Vernon, Missouri. We also opened the renovation and addition of New Haven’s police department and City Hall and Indiana Tech’s Zollner Engineering Center. In addition, we broke ground on several projects, including the new Allen County Jail, Wawasee Community School Corporation’s new Milford Elementary School, and Northwest Allen County Schools’ new Central Office, and continued construction on new YMCA facilities in both Greencastle and Muncie. Each of these projects, along with every one we took on this past year, embodies the essence of who we are — partners who listen deeply, problem-solvers who thrive on complexity, and creators who design spaces that enhance lives. They stand as powerful reminders of our purpose and fuel our drive to continue reaching higher and delivering more impactful solutions.

A Time to Celebrate and Recharge

The New Year is also a moment to celebrate — not just the accomplishments of the past but the relationships that sustain us. It’s a time to gather with loved ones, share laughter, and take a collective deep breath. These moments of connection fuel the creativity and passion we bring to our work.

At Elevatus, we treasure the relationships we’ve built — with our clients, our communities, and each other. Together, we’ve created meaningful projects that stand as testaments to what’s possible when we dream big and work hard.

Looking Ahead: A Future Full of Possibilities

The New Year doesn’t just mark an end—it’s a beginning. It’s an open invitation to leave behind what no longer serves us and embrace what could be. This sense of hope and possibility energizes us as we step into the year ahead.

At Elevatus, we’re ready to tackle new challenges with renewed determination. We’re setting ambitious goals, seeking opportunities to innovate, and strengthening our commitment to designing spaces that make a difference. Whether it’s breaking ground on a new project or refining the details of an ongoing one, we approach each endeavor with the same passion: to elevate our work, empower our clients, and inspire the communities we serve.

What Are Your New Year Aspirations?

As you look ahead, what goals and dreams do you have for the coming year? Whether it’s something personal, professional, or a mix of both, the New Year is your opportunity to write the next chapter.

At Elevatus, we’re honored to be part of the stories our clients and communities are creating. If your aspirations include building something new — whether it’s a facility, a program, or a vision — we’d love to be your partner in bringing it to life.

Here’s to a New Year filled with opportunities, hope, and the courage to embrace the unknown. Together, let’s make 2025 a year to remember.

Happy New Year from all of us at Elevatus!
