Elevatus Architectures Receives “New Construction Under $6 Million” BCA award for Team Quality Services

Elevatus Architecture received a 2020 Building Contractors Association of Northeast Indiana – Project Award for “New Construction Under $6 Million” for its architectural services for the Team Quality Services‘ new corporate office in downtown Auburn, Indiana. Elevatus collaborated with design-builder Michael Kinder & Sons, Inc. on this project and several other BCA members.

Settled near the core of the Auburn city downtown block, TQS understood the best way to impact a community is to drive development and revitalization into it. This happened with their commitment to expand their headquarters. By more than tripling their existing square footage, TQS took a quiet block and filled it with more than 14,000 SF of administrative and operational space.  This additional square footage and growth will add more than 20 new jobs to the area.

As part of the footprint, 4,000 SF will be first floor retail opportunities available for small businesses and boutique shops to lease space, encouraging activity and retention of talented individuals.
